Thank you for considering us for your furniture needs! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery services:

Standard Delivery Time:

The standard delivery time for our products is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on transportation times.

Large Furniture Delivery

For larger furniture items, we recommend utilizing our dedicated delivery service. Our delivery package includes door-to-door service, professional installation, and disposal of packing materials, ensuring your new furniture arrives ready to enjoy.

Less than HK $8,000 HK $400
HK $8,000 and above FREE
Please note that the mentioned delivery charges apply only to urban districts. For areas outside this, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

Installation Policy (Hong Kong)

Our professional installation service includes delivering your order inside the room, unpacking, and positioning your furniture to your satisfaction.

Customers will receive notification via WhatsApp or phone call once their goods are ready for delivery. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. Unfortunately, failure to do so will result in a non-refundable delivery fee, along with an additional charge for a new delivery (please note that the free delivery for orders over HK $8,000 is applicable only once).

Delivery will be rescheduled in the event of a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or if a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect.

Staircase Charges:

If your delivery requires navigating stairs, an additional charge of HK $200 per floor will apply for each product.

Please ensure that the selected items can fit into your elevator before placing your order.

Furniture Disposal Service

We also offer furniture disposal services for your convenience. To receive a quote, please send us photos or measurements of the furniture you wish to dispose of and confirm the service at least 3 days before your delivery.

Please note that disposal and delivery services must be conducted simultaneously.
